RETURN POLICY
Every style at The West Loom is made-to-order so we do not entertain any returns of the products unless you receive a damaged/defected product.
Incase of a defected product, you should report the same within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Any complain will not be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY
(Not applicable on customized orders & nursing friendly styles)
ONLY EXCHANGE FOR SIZE IS POSSIBLE
All our styles are having a seam allowance of around 1 inch on both sides incase you want to alter, but still if you wish to go ahead with the exchange of size you may send us the garment back to our office (address will be provided to you over mail when you send an exchange request). As soon as we receive your product in our office, we do a quality check and ship the new product (subject to availability) and we will provide you the size needed. Please note that exchange shipping of Rs 100 will be charged.
Within 48 hours of delivery of the product, you need to file an exchange request via mail (contact@thewestloom.com) and let us know which size would you prefer. There is a possibility that the size you need won’t be available at the time of exchange, in that case you can exchange your product for any other product/products from the website of the same amount or higher.

NOTE:
Most of our products are handcrafted and therefore minor differences in detailing are inevitable. Slight irregularities in prints and weaves cannot be considered as defects. Part of the beauty of hand-crafted textiles lies therein; small differences that render each piece unique.
No guarantees are given on colour fastness. Some natural dyes like indigo, kalamkari will bleed during the first wash as will certain handloom fabrics like ikat . We do not offer any refunds/exchanges in such cases.
Handmade textiles deserve special care to retain their beauty and strength. Please read our wash and care instructions before using the garment. Damage caused by employing wrong methods of wash and care will not be considered as reasons for exchange or refund.
